How to troubleshoot "Invalid Key" Error

If you see an error message that your key is "invalid" or "not recognized", it means:


  1. There is a typo in your key
  2. You are entering the key into the wrong plugin

First, double check that there are no typos (you can copy and paste it in to be sure).


Next, double check which plugin you have loaded in your DAW. For example, if your key is for "Xvox Pro", make sure you enter it into the plugin "Xvox Pro" and not "Xvox". Note: each key is unique and will only work for one specific plugin.


You can double check which plugin your key is for by looking at your receipt email or download & activation key email.
